A community by EBSCO Gulf Coast Development Inc., developers of Alys Beach, Lupin Beach is an intimate collection of 20 new homes being designed by Historical Concepts, an Atlanta-based architecture and planning firm, to be built by Alys Beach Construction. Of the 20 total residences, 10 will be direct gulf-front homes. Five private dune walkovers will deliver exclusive beach access with more than 700 feet of private beach frontage, and a neighborhood pool with restroom facilities will also be constructed.
