About Walker Lee

Walker Lee has been visiting the Emerald Coast since the age of four, relocating permanently from Aspen in 2022. He always wanted to call 30A home and, when he got the chance, wasted no time in acting. Today, he tells people he sells real estate on the most beautiful beaches in the United States as a member of Dahler & Co. at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and marketing from the University of Arkansas but is self-described as "obsessed" with real estate and design/architecture since he was eight years old. A long-time subscriber of Architectural Digest, he would look up listings while on family vacations and ask to go explore them in person.

Walker has refined his business to the WaterColor, Blue Mountain Beach and Seagrove areas along 30A, and works to create lifelong friends with the clients he serves. His background in short-term rentals makes him a natural fit for dealing with investors. Walker has a people-pleasing attitude and high attention to detail.

In his free time, he enjoys paddle boarding and golfing as well as snow skiing. He loves to read on the beach, enjoys scuba diving and has a passion for cooking and entertaining.
