About Shelby Rochester

As the daughter and granddaughter of real estate professionals, Shelby Rochester inherited a love for helping others buy and sell homes at a young age. Her experience began in 2001, working in four different real estate markets. She works full time between Destin, 30A and Panama City Beach.

Shelby earned a bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on business and marketing. She began investing in real estate in 1993 and first vacationed on 30A in 2006, later moving down full time and purchasing a home along 30A in 2017.

She works primarily with investors in Destin, Miramar Beach and along Scenic Highway 30A, and approaches clients with an "empathize, analyze, strategize" approach. She was consistently ranked among the top 5% of real estate professionals and was awarded top agent in WaterColor. She has hosted the WaterColor Homeowners' Weekend and enjoys supporting the Alys Foundation.

In her free time, Shelby spends time starting her farm, a natural progression for an animal lover at heart. She enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in activities from swimming to tennis to lacrosse. Shelby has been active in helping start three international schools and participates in water rescue training with her Newfoundlands.
