About Michael James

Michael and Debbie James are a one-stop shop in real estate and vacation rental management, with more than two decades of experience in selling, financing, overseeing and investing in homes along the Emerald Coast. They started flipping properties in 2000 before HGTV made it popular and, as a result, are well-equipped to advise clients in all aspects of the real estate journey, from spec building and design to maximizing rental incomes. Together, they co-founded and later sold Paradise Beach Rentals, where they maintained a 97% owner retention rate.

Throughout her career, Debbie has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the marketplace from Destin to Panama City Beach and along 30A. Her real estate approach is all about earning trust and building relationships, from the negotiation table to digital and marketing communications.

Michael's background in revenue management ensures that clients earn the best return on their investments. A licensed real estate agent himself, his expertise in upgrading and rehabbing properties is a valuable benefit for their clients.

Debbie enjoys reading and spending time outdoors; Michael is an avid golfer who participated in the Tommy Armour tour as a child. Together, they play pickleball and take care of their three rescues — Diggy, Jazz and Charlie.
