About Leda Broxson

A child of a military family, Leda Broxson grew up in the Florida Panhandle and has had a front-row seat to the changes and growth from Pensacola to Panama City over the years. A graduate of Gulf Breeze High School, she earned her bachelor's degree in communications from the University of West Florida and worked in marketing and administration upon receiving her degree. After building a few homes and dabbling in interior design, Leda knew she had a passion for real estate and all of the details that make a house a home. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005.

Leda's work with clients, from Navarre Beach to 30A, focuses on education with enthusiasm. She enjoys the hunt for the perfect property and the satisfaction that comes when she walks through a door with a client and they say, "This is exactly what I'm looking for." Her white-glove service extends from finding the perfect off-market home to navigating inspections and repairs to handling every detail of a customer's real estate journey.

She is a recipient of the Extraordinary Award in 2020 and 2021, given to agents with $15 million-plus sales volume, and she earned Scenic Sotheby's International Realty's Top Team Producing Agent in 2021.

In her free time, Leda loves strolling the shops on 30A, riding bikes and enjoying the sunshine and the beach. She and her husband, Jason, are the parents of two daughters, Cori and Claire, and an ornery Pekingese, Bentley.
