About Josh Esquibel

Josh Esquibel, an Emerald Coast resident since age nine, combines a global upbringing with military dedication. After serving his country for 10 years with the U.S. Air Force, he committed to selling real estate full-time. Now with the Caleb Midgett Group at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, Josh, with a bachelor's degree in applied management, seamlessly blends his diverse experiences and passion for real estate. Specializing in luxury waterfront properties and investment rentals in Destin and along 30A, Josh is an outgoing and strategic professional.

 

His entrepreneurial approach involves understanding the motivations of buyers and sellers while utilizing traditional and cutting-edge technology to reach their desired goals. He and his wife, Laura, are parents to three wonderful children. In his free time, Josh enjoys volunteering with Habitat For Humanity, teaching in his son’s Christian homeschool group and spending time with his family, whether playing sports with his boys or building castles in the powder-sugar sands of the Emerald Coast.
