About Jessica Duncan

Jessica Duncan is a lifelong Gulf Coast local with a strategic mind, generous heart and a passion for helping others win through real estate. Raised in Pensacola and educated at the University of West Florida, Jessica pairs insider knowledge of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties with formal training in marketing, finance and real estate investment.

Her interest in real estate sparked early — she bought her first home at 19 — and deepened during a successful corporate career in business strategy. In 2014, she evolved into to a full-time career in real estate, bringing with her a sharp investor’s mindset and a gift for guiding people through life’s biggest transitions with confidence and clarity.

Today, Jessica specializes in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds, including first-time homebuyers, military, growing families, waterfront dreamers and seasoned investors. Her background in business enables her to approach every purchase as a strategic investment, balancing lifestyle goals with long-term returns. She’s especially known for reviving stagnant listings through targeted marketing strategies and creating meaningful, lasting relationships along the way.

Through her Closings for Charity program, Jessica donates a portion of each sale to a local nonprofit, amplifying impact beyond the transaction. A recent finalist for a local “Woman of the Year” award and a five-time "Best in Pensacola" winner, Jessica is also proud of her national award for her philanthropic work as well as local recognition from the Pensacola Association of REALTORS.

When she’s not selling homes, she’s out fishing, swimming at sunrise or serving the community with the Krewe of SWAT. She shares her life — and real estate practice — with her husband of 25 years, Mike, and their English lab, Fin, who happily claims the title of CEO (Chief Everything Officer) of the household.
