Isabelle Vaughan, marketing coordinator at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, embraces the art of storytelling in branding and real estate. She discovered the charm of the Emerald Coast when she relocated in 2020 and enjoys being a part of the local community.

 

Her education at Virginia Tech in marketing management and creative writing honed her marketing skills. She appreciates the creative freedom that comes with her job and finds the fun in navigating surprising challenges — even when asked to help with the delivery of a life-sized horse lamp to someone's living room.

 

Isabelle's familiarity with Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton, WaterColor and Seaside, Florida, plus her tailored approach to individual needs, sets her apart. She started her career helping small businesses develop their social media presence but has also explored other specialties. Her prior experience in business development, guest relations and vacation rental management is a boon to her colleagues and clients alike.

 

Living near Gulf Place, Isabelle spends her free time on the beach, fishing, cooking, running and taking her Boykin Spaniel, Cooper, to the local state parks. Engaged to her fiancé, Trip, they look forward to their wedding in June 2024.
