About Bernadette Flannery

Bernadette’s passion for 30-A real estate began in 1995. She likes to tell the story that while her husband and two friends were playing golf she and the other wives went shopping. And while most new visitors buy a t-shirt, hat or perhaps a piece of jewelry to remember their visit to a new place she and her friends came home with real estate!

From the experience of finding that very first lot purchase Bernadette knew she had found her second career. And while it took her until 2006 she and her husband David finally put the cold northeast winters behind them and transplanted themselves and their snow dog Tundra into permanent Watercolor residents.

Bernadette’s desire to help others explore the area to find the right fit whether it is a gulf front home or a vacation condo has turned her customers into friends. She works hard every day to be sure her customers make the right purchase for their lifestyle and has the results to prove it.
